Unprofessional team

They don't recieve/answer to anything. Don't dispatch meds for days. Someone in the team who is answering on Whatsapp number +91 74370 99999 zeelab health is extremely unprofessional and unbothered. i asked them to arrange a call so i can explain my concern properly and get an appointment but they kept sending same message of "what's your concern" like a robot. Would rather spend some more money on meds than be treated this way.
