- Oversee the operations of assigned retail pharmacy outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, guide, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and supply chain efficiency across outlets.

Job Description.
To generate maximum primary sales from Zeelab Pharmacy franchise partners every month.
To cover the new medical stores and brief them Zeelab franchise concept and try to onboard them as Zeelab Franchise Partner. To build the channal same as Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushudhi Kendra.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve franchise partner sales targets and expand the franchise network.
Identify, generate, and qualify prospective franchise leads through marketing campaigns, networking, referrals, and business events.
