I have been using tretinoin 0.025 for past 7 months which which caused me to get closed comedones when I research about i got to know that another retinol called adapalene can solve this problem.when search it on Google the other brand were expensive compare to zeelab pharmacy product been using it for 5 week now. if your starting there are some warnings you will go through a purge phase where you get acne in first two weeks or so but just stick to it just that your skin is try to adjust itself to adapalene after that first 2 to 3 weeks it should be find most of my close comedones are gone now.
