Zelgra -12 tablets may be taken with food or empty stomach, in the dosage and duration as advised by your doctor. The dose you take will depend on your health condition and how your body responds to this medicine. Keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.
The most common side effects of this medicine are drowsiness, headache, dizziness, and nausea. Most of these symptoms are temporary and usually resolve with time. Please consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not go away or persist for a longer duration.

Kidney (Caution)
Zelgra-12 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Zelgra-12 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Liver (Safe if prescribed)
Zelgra-12 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Zelgra-12 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
