Acivix cream is an antiviral cream that treats herpes labialis and other skin infections caused by the Herpes simplex virus. It stops the virus from spreading in skin cells and thus assists in the healing of the infection.

Acivix Cream should only be applied to the skin. Use it according to your doctor's instructions for dosage and length. Before applying the cream, make sure the infected area is clean and dry. Before and after using this drug, thoroughly wash your hands. To avoid spreading the infection, avoid touching the sores with your hands or a towel.
