Description:
Amoline AT Tablet is effective in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) and prevent angina (heart-related chest pain). This medicine is a combination of two medicines i.e. Amlodipine 5mg and Atenolol 50mg which work together to control high blood pressure when a single medicine is not effective. Therefore, Amoline AT Tablets are able to effectively lower blood pressure and reduces the workload of the heart which helps in preventing heart attacks and strokes. Amlodipine which is the main component of Amoline AT Tablet belongs to a class of medicines known as calcium channel blockers. Medical conditions such as high blood pressure (hypertension), chest pain due to narrowing of the blood vessels of the heart muscles (angina pectoris) or a rare form of chest pain due to cramping of the blood vessels of the heart muscles (prinzmetal or variant angina) can be effectively treated with the help of amlodipine present in Amoline AT Tablet.
In high blood pressure, this medication helps normalize the blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels to reduce the pressure on them, thereby improving the blood flow in the body. Atenolol which is another component of Amoline AT Tablet is helpful in treating high blood pressure and irregular heartbeats (arrhythmia). Hence this medication is helpful in preventing heart disease, heart attacks and strokes.
Uses of Amoline AT Tablet
Anti Anginal/Treatment of Hypertension
Benefits of Amoline AT Tablet
Amoline AT Tablet is a combination medicine that contains two medicines: Amlodipine and Atenolol. Both the medicines work together to lower blood pressure in different ways. Amoline AT Tablet is helpful in high blood pressure conditions which usually occur when blood pushes too hard against your blood vessels. This medicine works by relaxing the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around the body. As a result, the risk of having a stroke, a heart attack, or a kidney problem is significantly reduced. Amoline AT Tablets do not have any direct benefit but works in the long-term to keep you well. Amoline AT Tablet also helps in the prevention of Angina (heart-related chest pain) by improving the flow of oxygen to your heart. Always take this medicine as per your doctor’s instructions.
Side Effects of Amoline AT Tablet
No medical attention is required for majority of the side effects present. These side effects tend to disappear as soon as your body adjusts to the medicine. Some of the common side effects of Amoline AT Tablet are headache, fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain. Consult your doctor if they persist or if they make you feel bothered.

How Amoline AT Works
Amoline AT Tablet works by lowering the blood pressure effectively. Amlodipine and Atenolol work together to make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
