I usually have to run to the bathroom after eating, especially in the afternoon. The result is often undigested food. After I started taking isabghol, my ibs has reduced. Only issue I have is it is not immediately obvious the 100gm can only contains 66gm of isabghol. Rest is filler. So do pricing calculations likewise. Still it is the cheapest in the market.
