Perfect Price and Quality, 10 tabs at ₹20. One Tablet have 1.5mg Folic acid, 7.5mcg cynacobalamin(form of vit 12)as well Very Effective for low iron like ferritin level 42ng/ml, and it's very Effective, it's iron in form of ferrous ascorbate, which has vit c form with it and taking it with vit c 250mg will increase iron absorption level as well. This one Tablet in form of Ferrous Ascorbate have 100mg elemental iron approx. As body only absorbs 10-15 % with given elemental iron. So with 100mg iron body will absorb 10-15mg iron which is good for increasing iron. But with Vit-C 250mg together with tablet of 100mg iron rate increases to 15-25%. 100mg elemental iron body will absorb 20-25mg iron which is very good effective and safe. If you have normal iron level you can take it alternate days for maintenance for normal iron levels(80-90ng/ml ferritin serum) and for increasing iron in body if like ferritin serum level is 40ng/ml you should take it daily empty stomach with vit c if you can tolerate it for at least 3months, till ferritin level gets as 70-90ng/ml. 70-90ng/ml is optimal level. Low Iron for longer time(chronic low iron) can show results of hair fall, hair thinning, weirdly weak hair growth. Low iron or iron deficiency can make you feel fatigue easily, weak, brain fog, lethargic, difficult to remember, etc. (For good health, hair, skin) Supplement these with healthy food and fats. For 3 months at least, then take alternate days for maintenance.. 1). Iron (10-100mg daily) 2). Vit-B12 (1000-1500mcg methylcobalamin) 3). Folic Acid(Vit B9 or folate) (1mg daily) 4). Vit-C (250mg daily) 5). Zinc 10-15mg daily 6). Magnesium 300mg, can be easily taken from food or seeds, nuts. 7). B-complex 8). Copper 1-2mg daily 9). Calcium 250mg daily 10). Vit-d3 (1000 IU daily or 60000 IU every 7 days if deficit) Most of these supplement come together in one tablet, so you don't need to buy each separately or consume separately daily. Note- You can ask doctor for more information or learn from internet, You should consult your doctor as well, if you want supplement or want to learn dosage. If you have started to learn about your own body you should consult doctor for few times. (This doctor consultation can make bill around ₹1000-5000 for few times and less if you already know most of the things and have experience).
